Current status: Kuizji AI has not yet been publicly released and in-app account deletion is not yet available. This page explains how deletion requests will be handled and will be updated with in-app steps once that feature is live.
Request deletion by email
Send a request from the email address linked to your account to contact@koimmagroup.com with the subject “Kuizji AI account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and login details
- Your quiz history, progress and content you created
What may be retained
Limited records may be kept where legally required (for example, a record that a deletion request was handled). Retention periods will be confirmed here before release.
Timeframe
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, in line with GDPR.
